  1. This is an easy and excellent recipe. One way to add more favor is to pour one pouch of Lipton Onion suop mix over the beef before the coke and mushroom soup.

  2. Excellent flavor. I used a bottom beef roast. No veggies just the soup and coke. I cooked it in a bean pot as well. My husband could not stop saying how good it was. The next day it was even better. The soup and coke with a lttle corn starch make a heavenly gravy. VERY EASY

  3. Even though I used a whisk to blend the coke and soup before pouring it over the roast, the soup stayed in small lumps even to the end. I was hoping it would be more of a gravy. The flavor wasn't very different from normal and my London Broil was more on the tough side than "fall apart tender". It was still good, but nothing spectacular for us.

  4. Very simple and tasty recipe for a different taste for roast. This is also a good method for cooking chicken.

  5. This is a good simple roast. Very tender, though a bit sweet for my taste. If I used this recipe again I'd probably try to add vegetables. For some reason I think that would be good.
