Sourced from the Alive & Cooking TV show website. The name pretty much says it all, very tasty though. We used topside steak rather than veal as we couldn't source veal at the time. We would recommend using a tasty cheese.
Place the coffee, sugar, black pepper, coriander, oregano and salt together in a bowl and mix until well combined. (This mixture will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for a couple of weeks).
Rub each slice of veal liberally with coffee rub on both sides. Allow to marinate for at least half an hour.
Heat a char grill plate and toast the rolls until nice and crispy then grill the bacon and marinated veal for 4-6minutes, then place the bacon on top of the veal and top with a cheese slice.
Layer the burger roll with lettuce, tomatoes and cooked veal and serve.
