Coffee Cookies in Microwave

ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup all-purpose flour
• 1⁄3 whole wheat flour
• 1⁄4 cup semolina
• 9 -10 teaspoons caster sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 3 teaspoons instant coffee powder
• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1⁄4 cup milk
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder

directions

1. pre heat microwave at 180 degrees celcius.
2. place all ingredients except milk and butter in a plate.
3. add melted butter and milk and to make a dough.
4. flatten the dough with palms and give a shape to the cookies.
5. place all the cookies in microwave on convection mode for 10 minutes at 180 degrees celcius.
6. let the cookies cool down and then store them in jar.
