• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 4 cups cooked cubed peeled potatoes
• 1 cup celery
• 1⁄2 chopped red peppers or 1/2 green pepper
• 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
• 2 hard-boiled eggs

directions

1. Combine the first 5 ingredients.
2. Add the remianing ingredients.
3. Cover and chill.
