I liked this applesauce, although next time I think I'll try using a little less water. Forgot to read through the directions before I made this, and ended up at step 8 then noticed that I didn't have cans! So i just used tuppaware, and now i'm eating a good applesauce. The spices give it a flavor, much better than than the storebought, and the texture isn't like babyfood. Plus, I like that I know what ingrediants are in the applesauce. I plan on making this again.
