These were sinfully delicious! The dough was easy to work with (better to use it cold, when it got warmer it got too gooey to work with); these were best when they were cool-the caramel from the candy bars melded with the cookie & made a chewy scrumptious awesome bottom to it. God, these were good!!!

Made this for my Christmas tray while I was wanting something a little different from the regular PB blossom cookies and DH has declared this a winner, as a matter of fact I'd better get them hidden back before they are gone before the holidays. Great flavor of PB and Chocolate - what could be better. Used snicker mini candies and so gooey and chewy, just what a Christmas cookie should be.

I gave this 5 stars. Great recipe! It was like eating a peanut butter butter cookie with a surprise in the middle. I chilled my dough but found you must let it warm to work with. I microwaved it enough to make it workable. I used milky way candy bars for the surprise. The only things I didn't like was after cooling the caramel in the milky way rehardened. I also found it hard to fit only a Tbl. spoon of cookie dough around the candy bar so I had to use a bit more. I will make these again. I may drizzle with melted caramels in stead of chocolate or both. Next time I also plan to use peanut butter hershey kisses in place of the mini candy bars. Thanks for posting such a yummy recipe.
