- 2 cups quinoa (cooked, remember to rinse thoroughly in a fine sieve before cooking)
- 1⁄2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2⁄3 cup quick-cooking oats
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
directions
- Mix all ingredients well and drop by large spoonfuls onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 18-20 minutes or until lightly firm.
