Chocolate Pan Frosting

- 8 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1⁄3 cup whole milk
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
directions
- Place butter in a medium bowl and melt over low heat. 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the Cocoa and milk.
- Bring to a boil, stirring, and remove from heat.
- Add in the sugar and mix till thickened and smooth.
- Pour warm frosting over the top of a cooled cake, spreading it with a spatula so it reaches all sides of the cake.
- Work quickly because it spreads more easily when warm.
- Enjoy!
