  1. I don't bake much but I tried these and they turned out excellent. I used 3/4 cup of sugar and let cool 10-15 minutes before 2nd baking (thanks for the tips!). Taste so good, it is tempting not to do the 2nd baking. Either way, they taste delicious and it was a very easy recipe. If someone can't succeed with this easy recipe, they should be banished from the kitchen!

  2. Very tasty and easy recipe. My son made it using only 3/4 cup sugar and it was definitely sweet enough. TIP: let cool before slicing.

  3. I'm not sure who came up with this recipe but there is NO way they tested it. Wet, clumpy, and a total mess. Ugh.

  4. I used 1/2 c sugar and they were plenty sweet. At first, I wasn't sure the dough would hold together during baking- it was quite crumbly. They turned out well after the second bake (10 minutes was good for me). Not a hard biscotti, but quite delicious!

  5. I made these last night and they are awesome! Tperri123, I don't know what you might've done wrong, but I didn't find the dough too wet to shape. Have you ever made biscotti before? It's a little thicker than cookie dough, but it shouldn't be runny. The only thing I did differently was use mini chocolate chips. FYI-they are actually pretty darn good before the second baking! ?
