- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 1⁄4 cup almond butter
- 1⁄4 cup cocoa
- 2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
directions
- Whir all ingredients in a blender for a couple of minutes.
