ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 3⁄4 cups sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cold brewed coffee
- 1 large egg
- 2⁄3 cup canola oil
directions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients and beat well.
- Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake 350° for 30-35 minutes.

this was excellent! i followed this exactly. i did have to bake it for 45 minutes but i baked it in pyrex which usually takes longer. very moist and rich with great flavor. i sprinkled the top with confectioners sugar, but this would be great with chocolate frosting too. so glad i pickled this for PAC.
