• 1⁄4 cup cream cheese
• 1⁄2 cup crumbled Roquefort cheese
• 1⁄2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• salt and pepper

1. Blend together and store in refrigerator.
