Manda, I have to be honest. I couldn't tell my family what was in this pizza until after they tasted. Weird ingredients is right but what a yummy taste. The peanut butter and fresh ginger really gave this a distinct flavor. I used 1 cup mozzarella cheese and sprinkled some sliced mushrooms and green pepper on top. Thanks for making our pizza night very interesting and tasty.
