I used prok spare ribs bone in which I think the Americans call country ribs and the miso choice and because of the bone in there were 2 pieces I could not cut up but the end result was moist succulent pork after cooking at 200C fan forced for 35 minutes, turning once after the first 15 minutes, a 4 serve recipe was gobbled up by 3 of us, delicious thank you ellie_, made for Rookie Recipe tag game.

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
