- 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1⁄4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne powder
directions
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Spread out on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 300°F for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until seeds are lightly brown and toasty.
- Cool, then store in an airtight container.
