- 1 lb ground pork sausage
- 18 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 (6 ounce) can v-8 juice
directions
- Brown and drain sausage. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan melt Velveeta over low heat.
- Add cooked sausage and all other remaining ingredients except for V-8 and stir until fully combined.
- Add V-8 until desired consistency is reached then transfer to a small crockpot for serving. If the dip becomes too thick, add more V-8.
