Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

"A thick hearty chicken casserole with flair. I took my grand mother recipe and spiced it up to my liking. I remember eating this casserole at my grand mothers for years it was a common dish since we were kinda poor back then. Hope you enjoy it."

  • Pre heat oven 350
  • broil chicken breast til done.
  • Cut chicken into bite size pieces mix chicken onions broccoli cheese bread crumbs cream of mushroom and milk in a large bowl.
  • While following the instructions on the bag of egg noodles. Once you've drained the noodles mix them into the bowl with all the other ingredients.
  • Grease a pan big enough and add your uncooked casserole and cook for 30 minutes.

I love to cook though you know women were always on diets so I don't cook that often I like to keep my weight under 120 if possible. Some of my favorites are casseroles and fish dishes. In my free time I take my camera out and shoot city sky lines in black and white. Though not much free time with two children a 14 year old girl and a 5 year old boy which are of course the joy of my life. Hope everyone trys my recipes and enjoys them. My one and only pet peeve is people that eat with there mouth open or that smacks... People close your mouth when you eat already...
