- 5 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 jalapeno
- 3 shallots
- 1⁄2 cup of fresh pineapple chunk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon citric acid
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon himalaya salt (or to taste)
directions
- 1. Place the jalapeno on the stove to char the skin. Once slightly charred remove stem.
- 2. Place all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency.
- 3. Serve with tortilla chips, pork skins, over fish or chicken.
