- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2⁄3 cup milk
- 1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn
directions
- Mix dry ingredients and 3/4 cup of cheese.
- Beat eggs and milk and creamed corn.
- Mix together.
- Pour into greased loaf pan.
- Bake 25 mins at 350°F.
