This was a simple recipe to make and the ingredients can be found in most homes. I put it together within 20 minutes. Came back about 6 hours later and the smell was amazing. I almost couldn't wait to try some, but I stayed patient. At 8 hours the potatoes were perfectly cooked and the pork was tender. Both my Husband and I felt there was something missing. A little seasoned salt and a splash a pepper did the trick. Of course my family loves cheese, so next time I will add some shredded cheese at the end. Otherwise, this was a great meal. Made for Bargain Basement Tag Game 2010.
