ingredients

• 1 cup white wine
• 1 cup shallot
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 16 ounces sour cream
• 16 ounces American cheese
• 1⁄4 cup chives
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 4 tablespoons butter

directions

1. Melt butter in pan :

2. brown flour, shallots, and garlic.

3. add:

4. white wine.
5. sour cream.
6. american cheese.
7. worcestershire sauce.
8. simmer until cheese is melted.
9. place in founde pot top with fresh chives.
10. serve with.
