- 3 cups baby carrots
- 1 tablespoon walnut oil
- 1⁄4 cup cognac
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Tear a large sheet of aluminum foil.
- Place carrots on foil and sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
- Wrap up tightly and roast for 25 to 35 minutes until carrots are tender, yet crisp.

this dish was worth getting the little bottle of cognac i bought i paired it recipe #304670 which also had cognac in it and i baked them in 1 oven they matched very well it will made again very flavorful and the meat and potatoes guy liked this meal , which is a teatament to how good this recipe is lol
