  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix the first 5 ingredients together.
  • Cream the sugar, eggs and oils together. Add this mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.
  • Finally, add the two cups of carrots, being sure to mix well.
  • Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
