I made this recipe for Pick A Chef Spring 2009. I made enough for one person rather than four, so cut the ingredients accordingly. My husband is the omelet lover in the family, so this was for him. He said it was nice and spicy - just the way he likes his food. The camera's batteries gave out, so I regret there's no photo this time.
