  1. Definitely a five-star recipe! These pancakes were light, crispy and delicious. I doubled the recipe yesterday and my family of four devoured them. My 16-year-old asked for them again today so I made a batch for him just now and they came out perfectly again. Great recipe!

  2. MONEY! These pancakes were top notch!

  3. Great pancakes, light and fluffy! I like the addition of the melted butter, it adds a nice richness to the pancakes. I topped mine with strawberry syrup and really enjoyed them. Thanks for posting this breakfast treat! Made for Spring PAC 2010

  4. These pancakes are very good. For the buttermilk, I used 2% fat milk and 1 tablespoon vinegar and waited 5 minutes. I omitted the salt. I added 1/2 tbs of chia seeds in the pancakes. It doesn't change the taste. But it adds Omega3. I got 6 pancakes. Enough for me, my boyfriend and my son. Thanks Eastomgm :) Made for PAC Spring 2010
