"After book after book of this delicious drink being talked about I decided to make it myself! After several attempts, beginning with imitation butter extract, I ended up with this simple and yummy recipe."

ingredients

• ice
• 1 1⁄2 ounces butterscotch schnapps
• 12 ounces cream soda
• 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream

directions

1. Toss some ice in a glass.
2. Pour in a shot (1.5 oz) of butterscotch schnapps.
3. Pour in a can (12 oz) of cream soda.
4. Top with 1 or 2 tbsp of cream.
5. Swirl together and enjoy!
