  • Heat oil and butter in pan.
  • Add garlic and bell pepper once pan is hot. Cook till garlic is a light yellow color and smell of garlic is in the air.
  • Add Beef, mushrooms, and oyster sauce stir-fry till beef is mostly cooked.
  • Add milk, soy sauce, and bok choy, stir-fry till bok choy is cooked.
  • Add flour, sprinkling all over pan evenly.
  • Stir until liquid starts to thicken and meat is fully cooked.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with hot white rice and for best results put liquid from stir-fry over your rice.
