Buffalo-Style Celery Sticks

I found this recipe in an issue of Everyday Food, so simple and good!! Who else do you know that can make celery fattening?

ingredients
- 4 ounces blue cheese
- 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese
- 6 large celery ribs
- cayenne pepper, to taste
directions
- Clean and trim celery stalks.
- Mix cream cheese and blue cheese together (leaving 2 tsp of crumbled blue cheese to sprinkle on top).
- Fill celery stalks, sprinkle reserved blue cheese on top.
- Sprinkle stuffed celery with cayenne.
- Keep chilled.

We really enjoyed this recipe. I made them and sprinkled with Paprika because I was not sure that DD would want them as hot as the cayenne pepper would make them. I was wrong!!! She told me that next time, she wanted them with the cayenne pepper, so you can be sure that we will be making these often.
