  • Start cooking the pork sausage on medium heat. While that is cooking, dice the potatoes and add.
  • When the potatoes and sausage are almost done, add the onion, spices, and mushrooms.
  • Whisk the eggs with milk and vanilla. Add to the skillet when the potatoes are done. Continually stir until eggs are cooked and serve.
