I have mixed feelings about this meal. It was not bad tasting, but it sure smelled weird cooking all day. My 3 young children liked it, after I fed them some of mine first, lol. I have a big crockpot so I used more potatoes and more meat, I used boneless pork chops. The meat was tender and so were the potatoes. I used 1 can of broccoli cheese soup and one can of cream of broccoli because I knew that 1 can of the soup would not be enough for my big crockpot (7 qts). I did slice an onion and put that on top of the meat then poured the soup mixture over everything. I would make this again, but to be honest this meal just did not WOW my taste buds. So, I might try adding some other kind of soup and/or seasonings next time I try this.

This was very easy to throw together in the morning and its always great to come home to a fully cooked meal. The meat was tender and the potatoes were well-liked by my family. I couldn't find cream of cheese and broccoli soup, but did find cheese and broccoli soup (not "cream of") so I used that. Thanks!
