  • Steam broccoli and cauliflower flowerets for 6-8 minutes, or until crisp-tender; drain well.
  • Preheat oven to 350*. Lightly grease a large (at least 4-qt baking dish).
  • Arrange steamed, drained flowerets in prepared baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Pour this over flowerets in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and paprika.
  • Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until golden.

  2. I've made this twice now, once with just cauliflower the other time with both, it was a big hit both times. I made full fat version because thats what we like. Will definitely make again.
     
  3. Wow! Today is Thanksgiving and I had to bring a veggie dish (among other things). We've never done a broccoli dish before, so I made this. We haven't had dinner yet, but I just had to try it before serving it. I LOVE IT! This is by far the best broccoli I've ever had! It's sure to be a hit! Thanks for posting-it'll be a quick "regular" at our Thanksgiving table!
     
  4. I made this for dinner last night and it was a big hit. I halved the recipe and it made about 4 servings. I steamed the vegetables for 6 minutes as indicated, but feel that was too long as the vegetables were somewhat overdone...but sill delicious. I didn't have cheddar or parmesan on hand, so I used gruyere and romano. I will definitely be making this dish again and again.
     
  5. delicious and very filling, I did the full fat version and used only broccoli, also I omited the bread crumb topping and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, will make this again, it's very good, thanks for sharing hon!...Kitten:)
