  1. I am sorry this just did not work for me. The broccoli florets were steamed in the microwave for 2 minutes and were nice and tender. The sauce seemed very thin when poured over the vegetables. I think it could have benefited from a thickening agent and additional seasonings. After the broccoli was cooked again in the oven it was mushy. Thank you for your entry and good luck in the contest.

  2. I made this using Recipe #44115 for the store bought French Fried Onions. The cream sauce didn`t work well. I suggest a slurry of four and water to help thicken and keep the sauce together. This was easy to put together. Thank you.

  3. Made this for Craze-E contest 2009. DH and I liked the flavors but they were pretty mild. I will try this again only I will saute some onion, garlic and a little red pepper flakes and add them to the dish. Also, I might add a little more blue cheese for more flavor.

  4. Delicious and fast way to serve broccoli! 1/2 cup of chicken broth made the casserole very liquidty at the bottom - maybe less is more? These two cheeses went well together and balanced the strong flavor of the broccoli nicely. Made for Craze-E Challenge #3.
