    cup raw cashews or 1 cup walnuts

    cup organic pitted dates (I prefer khadrawy for their creamy, caramel-like texture)

    teaspoon vanilla (real and preferable organic)
  • 3
    cups water
  • 1
    cup ice

DIRECTIONS

  • Blend all ingredients but the ice in a blender until smooth. Add the ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. This keeps in the fridge for 4 days.
