- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
- 1 teaspoon wheat germ
- 1 large banana, peeled
- 5 -6 large strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 teaspoon honey (to taste)
- 5 ice cubes
directions
- Whirl all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Thanks so much for sharing this GREAT SMOOTHIE RECIPE! I was a little aprehensive thinking of this as a smoothie, but it is definitely a very, very satisfying breakfast drink! I tripled it to serve some company we had & they all raved about it! Another time I might just use frozen berries & banana & leave out the ice cubes, but for this 1st time, at least, I followed the recipe & had A REALLY GREAT DRINK! [Tagged, made & reviewed as a thank you for making me feel so at home while hosting in the current round of PAC]
