- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate (or normal size concentrate can)
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons lime juice

directions
- Blend all ingredients and serve on the rocks with salt, straight up, or frozen if you chose to add all ice and no water.

Beer, in a Margarita...we had some beer drinkers so we tried. Beer needs to be in a tall chilled glass, a cheese soup, New Orleans BBQ shrimp, orfrying batter...not in me "Rita. Also, the lemonade and lemon juice should be LIME. If you are a traditionalist Margarita (or Mojito) drinker, you will hate this--unless of course your experience of Margaritas are from a *mix*.

In general, cooking is a passion and a hobby. I love to try new recipes and I love it even more when a new recipe comes out spectacular. I work full time, and am a wife and mother, so sometimes cooking becomes a chore. I try to keep it fresh by planning out the week in meals, trying a new recipe a week, and cooking enough to freeze dinners for those evenings with a tight schedule.
