Best Asian Style Pork Tenderloin

"I have been eating my friend's family cooking since I was in kindergarten. I could never get it to taste quite like his grandma does it because shes the master but this was pretty close. You can cook this however you like but grilling is the best way to go."

directions

  • Cut tenderloins lengthwise once into so you have 2 strips (4 in total).
  • Cut each strip into 1/8 inch width peices or however thick you want them. (The thinner the peices the better) set the pork aside.
  • Grab a large tupperware container or any bowl.(preferably something with a lid).
  • Put all the ingredients besides the carrots, onions and pork into the container and mix very well until it feels like the sugar is blended inches.
  • Put the onions and pork inches Put the lid for the container on and shake it. Shake it. Shake it.(the container) put in the fridge and let it all bond for awhile (prrferably 24 hours.
  • Now you just need to cook it anyway you think it will taste best but in my opinion its either on the grill or frying pan at medium heat until its nice and browned.
  • After its cooked and cooled for a bit grab a bowl and layer the bottom with beansprouts and shredded carrot than your rice vermicelli than finally that amazing pork.(each layer is measured by however much you want).
  • Enjoy.
