- 1 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) or 1 cup blackberry (fresh or frozen)
- 3⁄4 cup pineapple juice
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 banana
directions
- Using a blender or Vita-Mix, process all ingredients until smooth. Pour into glass.
