ingredients

• 1 ounce beefeater gin
• 1⁄2 ounce lime juice
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 3 ounces perrier jouet champagne

directions

1. Shake the gin, lime juice, and sugar with ice cubes.
2. Strain and pour into a Champagne flute.
3. Pour Champagne on top.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
