Bean Nut Butter

- 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- hot water (2-4 tbls.)
directions
- In a food processor, combine beans and peanut butter.
- With the motor running, slowly pour hot water into the feed tube, until mixture is light and creamy.

What a great concept, Sharon! I made this using my home-made mixed nut butter and it worked out so great. The beans add a nutty depth of flavour and are otherwise not detectable. I will certainly use this regularly from now on as it adds so much nutrition to the nut butter and allows you to eat more nut butter with less fat intake. :)<br/>THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this here with us!
