- 1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons onions, minced
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
directions
- Drain the sauerkraut.
- Place in a saucepan and add the remaining ingredients.
- Warm slowly over very low heat.
- Serves warm over sausages.
