Basic Meat Marinade for Various Rub Mixes

"I have several rub mixes published. You can use any of them to make a marinade for meat."

ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup oil (olive or vegetable)
• 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel (or lime)
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice (or lime)
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoons mixed spice (of your choice, like from the ones I've published)

directions

1. Place meat in freezer bag. Pour in marinade. Rub to distribute well. Marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
