  1. I did cut the recipe in half for just the 2 of us & served it with some grilled potatoes ~ Definitely a winner of a recipe & for shrimp lovers, well worth making again! Very flavorful! Thanks for posting the recipe! [Tagged & made in Please Review My Recipe]

  2. Very nice and flavorful shrimp.. I did though use 1 packet instead of the 6.. Had some of the extra shrimp with some brown rice too, and served with some garlic bread. The butter sauce< MMMmmm. Great stuff, also used a tad of this on the garlic bread too. Made for PRMR tag..

  3. This is awesome! I used medium size, tail on shrimp. The shrimp were placed in one packet reserving some of the butter. The additional butter mixture was placed on top of fresh asparagus which was also put into a foil packet and cooked on the grill as well. I have an abundance of Thai basil and used that in place of the parsley. The shrimp was served on top of Recipe #457836 for a quick and delightful meal. Made for ZWT 7.

  4. This is wonderful! It is quick, keeps the house cool, and tastes great. It's not what I normally call "barbecue" shrimp, because it is cooked in the foil, so it doesn't get that smokey taste or grill marks. But the butter sauce is delicious. I did add some red pepper flakes to it to add a little more heat. I recommend serving this over rice or noodles to savor the extra sauce (or serve with some nice crusty french bread), or make sure you pour the sauce from a corner of the foil into a dipping bowl so you get to enjoy every bite! Thanks Dreamer....made for photo tag!

  5. This was absolutely wonderful and tasty. The curry gave it a new dimension that was delightful. Rather than make individual packets, though, I cooked the shrimp in one big packet. I also added a dash of cayenne. I will be enjoying this many times in the future. Thanks for posting this. Made for Newest Zaar Tag Game.
