ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup organic sugar
- 1⁄3 cup dry powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1⁄2 cup warm water
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sourdough starter
directions
- Mix all but last 4 ingredients in large bowl.
- In another bowl combine final four ingredients till well bleneded.
- Add liquid to the dry gradually.
- Spoon into muffin tins and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
