  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Clean mushrooms; remove and finely chop stems.
  • Place mushroom caps in a shallow baking pan.
  • Melt margarine in skillet and add chopped stems, bread crumbs and seasonings. Saute about 5 minutes.
  • Stuff each mushroom cap with bread mixture.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
