Baked Sliced Ham and Apples

  • Remove bone from ham.
  • Mix mustard and vinegar together; spread thinly on ham.
  • Spread apples in two layers on ham; sprinkle well with brown sugar.
  • Roll ham the long way and pin with metal skewers or tie with string.
  • Place in baking pan and dot with butter.
  • Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Baste several times while baking.
  • Allow 1/4 to 1/3 pound per serving.

  1. This is a great new way to serve ham...thanks for the idea! It went over very well and I love the smell of baking apples/cinnamon. I used cinnamon in place of the brown sugar due to we didn't have any brown sugar...ooops!
