Artichoke Dip

"My mom has been making this for as long as I can remember. Not sure where the recipe came from but it is delicious and always goes fast!"

ingredients

• 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
• 1 cup sour cream or 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
• 1 -2 garlic clove, crushed

directions

1. drain artichoke hearts very well (or dip will be watery).
2. cut artichokes into small pieces.
3. mix all ingredients together in a baking dish.
4. bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until top starts to brown slightly.
