ingredients
- 1 cup apricot nectar
- 1⁄2 cup rum, preferably amber
- 1⁄4 cup apricot brandy
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups crushed ice
- mint leaf (to garnish)
directions
- Combine everything except the mint, in the order as listed, into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with mint. Refrigerate any leftovers promptly.

<p>Left to my own devices, I could happily live on appetizers, dim sum, sandwiches and side salads .I gravitate toward a low-fat, clean eating, graze-as-you-go way of life.
