- 1 small apple, cored and cut into wedges
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1⁄3 cup fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute (or a natural sugar substitute)

- Toss the apples in the lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
- Whisk together the sour cream, cream cheese, cinnamon, and sugar substitute. Microwave for 30 seconds.
