- 2 cups apples, peeled and shredded (= 2 small apples)
- 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 2⁄3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
directions
- Cook for 15-18 minutes at 375 or until finished (use a toothpick as always!).

Hi I am doing the weight watchers diet and I made the muffins from your recipe, they are delicious. However when I added all the ingredients to create a recipe on the weight watchers program, using your recipe, it came out to 5 points for each of the 12 muffins....and I didn't even add the milk. I substituted water instead. If I added the milk they may have been more points.
