ingredients
- 2 lbs fat free ground turkey
- 1 chopped onion
- 1⁄2 cup sugar free barbecue sauce (G Hughes)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup sugar free ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons stevia
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
directions
- Mix first 7 ingredients and place in loafpan.
- Combine next 5 ingredients and pour over top of loaf.
- bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
